AMICUS RESPONSE
Amicus Group, a large Housing
Association based in Kent,
decided to market Amicus
Response, their innovative and
self-sufficient call-centre, as
brand in its own right.
The campaign's theme, centred
around the 'Re' in Response,
featured on all sorts of
marketing material to push
home the company's selling
proposition.
Specially commissioned
photography, featuring real
employees, helped to reinforce
the 'human touch' approach
and built on the Group's core
colours of blue and yellow.
